Mr. Wurms has been practicing land use law since the mid 1990s, representing both private clients and public bodies. He has over 15 years of combined service representing municipal zoning and planning boards, including the Lodi Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Garfield Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Lodi Planning Board.
